Don't fight AI join it

Hey, have you heard the phrase If you can’t fight them join them as stupid or vague as it might sound but does make sense at this current time partnering with AI and taking it to your advantage is believe it or not very useful. It can make your life a tad bit simple, that statement is board let's dive into examples and companies behind the supposed revolution and their solutions to problems.

So let's get to know about AI and how many types currently present. There are seven main types.

1. Artificial narrow intelligence
2. Artificial General intelligence
3. Artificial Superintelligence
4. Reactive machines
5. Limited Memory
6. Theory of mind
7. Self Aware

For now, we only look at three main types

1. Artificial Narrow intelligence is the type of AI that can perform a specific task with intelligence, such as playing chess, recognizing faces, or recommending products. Most of the AI applications that we use today are examples of narrow AI, such as Siri, Watson, or AlphaGo.
2. Artificial General Intelligence is the type of AI that can perform any intellectual task that a human can do, such as reasoning, learning, planning, or communicating. This is the goal of many AI researchers, but it is still a hypothetical concept that has not been achieved yet. As far as we know ;) there as been some leaked documents from Open AI about a secret now a public project called Q*(Q-Star) about achieving Gen AI but still it has not been fully confirmed yet.

• Artificial Super Intelligence is the type of AI that can surpass human intelligence and capabilities and can perform any task better than a human. This is also a speculative idea that some people believe will be possible in the future, but others doubt its feasibility or desirability. Long way to go.

So what type of AI is Chatgpt, Bing AI and Google bard ?

All the above-mentioned chatbots come under generative AI, this simply means that the AI is trained on a very large data model which consists of various information it parses and provides an output based on the users prompt while these also have websearch capability, meaning it browses the web for you and gives only the required information based on the users prompt . And also generates images based on user prompt not so fun fact the cover image you see has been generated by “DALL-E 3” by OpenAI.

So who is leading the AI race and what problems are they trying to solve?

The top Country that has this advantage is the US and all the top companies are based out US, but wait another quote “During a gold rush don't sell gold sell shovels”. ok, but who's selling the shovel what does it have to do with AI? Everything is not shovels exactly but GPU yes the same ones you use in your PC Xbox and PlayStation to do the graphics processing part of games and help you render your blender projects, these are also very I mean very useful for training AI models all that prompt requires some Hi Tech processing power, that's where Nvidia is leading there are providing that processing power to companies that need them. Now let's back to knowing what problem are these companies trying to solve.

1. OpenAI — Ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity.
2. BingAI- Do what OpenAI is doing but better somehow.
3. Google Gemini — Stage fake demos lol.
4. Gork — Never used its funny name (another chatbot more based).

It's very early to say what there actual intentions are, well in one simple sentence they all claim to make AI to benefit humanity somehow. Only time will tell and the time is very near.

How to make them useful to you and how to make them work to your advantage?

Do not stick to one chatbot cycle to multiple chatbots pick the one that works better for you and the task your trying to achieve. Replace search engines for your research the best one out there for this task is Perplexity AI. I highly recommend, automating boring everyday tasks at your Job like generating boilerplate code or helping you write basic scripts, some of the many examples you can use I highly advice you to take a look yourself if you still haven't and look what works best for you. Also, there are hundreds of companies automating everyday business tasks like sales like generating custom welcome emails etc. See which works for your business and take full advantage.

AI has proven to be very useful I hope more companies join and just build cool stuff to make our lives and jobs easier.
